Can you provide the movie?
Due to copyright laws, we cannot provide any movies or shows. You will be able to log into your streaming services via our Android TV. Alternatively, you can download movies onto a USB stick or external hard drive and we can plug them into the projector to screen your entertainment.
How long does it take to set up and break down the theater?
Your coordinator will arrive 1 hour before showtime to set up the outdoor theater. Break down and pack up will take between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the group size and the number of add-ons.
Can we have more than 15 people?
Yes, the more the merrier! Just submit a contact form for a custom quote.
Do we get to keep the pool floaties if we make it a Dive-In?
Our deluxe pool floaties are for event use only, but if you fall in love with any of them, you can buy them onsite from your theater coordinator.
What’s the earliest start time we can book?
Our ultra-HD projector works in the shade, but for the best viewing quality, we recommend starting at sunset or later.
Do we need WiFi?
You will need WiFi to use our Android TV feature. If you plan to use an external hard drive or USB stick, you do not need an internet connection.
Do we need to provide power outlets?
Yes, we will need access to outdoor power outlets in order to operate our popcorn machine and HD movie projector. We’ll provide extension cords to set up anywhere in your backyard. (External power outlets are standard features in most homes.)
Why do we need an extra attendant for a double feature?
We add an extra attendant to ensure great service and give our team members breaks.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please cancel 7 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 days of the event are non-refundable, but we’ll issue a credit that’s good for one year after the original booking date. If we have to cancel due to extreme weather conditions (rain or wind) and can’t reschedule, we’ll provide a full refund.
Are babies and toddlers included in the attendee count?
Just like the regular movies, kids 2 and under are free and don’t count towards the 8 people included in the essentials package.
